What Eurocyber is. The Eurocyber consortium is an informal investment club with no legal identity. Eurocyber Capital Partners Ltd. is an administrative vehicle only: it has no employees and no revenue, it does not invest, and it receives no fees. The core team are unpaid volunteers, and all costs are borne by them.

No guarantees. The core team and Eurocyber Capital Partners Ltd. make no guarantee, claim, or warranty of any kind regarding: (a) any investment or syndicate platform used; (b) consortium members; (c) startups; or (d) any other entity involved in our activities, including incubators and partners. While we aim to provide full transparency and to act in good faith, every investor must reach their own decisions independently.

Individual investment and responsibility. Any investment by a consortium member is made by that member individually, as a participant in a syndicate. All KYC/AML compliance, due diligence, and financial and legal risk arising from an investment are entirely between the individual investor and the relevant syndicate platform(s) and/or the startup. Eurocyber Capital Partners Ltd. and the core team are not party to those arrangements and accept no responsibility for them.

Risk of loss. Investing in early-stage companies is high risk. Most startups fail. Such investments are illiquid and may result in the total loss of the amount invested. They are suitable only for those able to bear that risk.
